On the lower level there is kitchen equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine, water boiler, and dishwasher. In extension to the kitchen is the dining and sitting room with a big sofa which can alternatively accommodate 2 people and a TV set. A WC is on the ground floor and a terrace with a small garden and direct access to the beach.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper level, where there is a bedroom (with door) with a double bed, a big wardrobe, a terrace with direct sea view and a bathroom with a built shower. On the attic there is one more room, capable to accommodate one more adult with a single bed and a wardrobe.
